“In teaching, I learn. In learning, I teach.” It is with this ideal that we form the Arcanum: A Symposium for Practitioners of the Magical Arts.” We are a group of people of all social, philosophic and religious backgrounds who share one common passion:
Magic.
Twice a moon we come together as teachers and learners. We meet in fellowship and friendship to better ourselves and one another. We gather to deepen our understanding of the magical arts, to broaden our knowledge, to try new things, andto share what we know and do with one another.
I dream, therefore I become.
We move with a different approach. We are a metamystical dis-Order without hierarchy or central authority. We are not a coven, a church, or a classroom; we are a group of individual seekers seeking together. Every person who comes to the Symposium is an adept; You are your own spiritual leader, guru, guide, priest or priestess. In each session, we rotate the role of teacher to a different member of the group. who leads a workshop, study, ritual or experiment. In this way, we are all teachers and learners.
